He’s taking this Trump cosplay thing too far.
Why? “trump but slightly less” is basically all the democratic party wants to be anymore. It’s why newsom’s their preordained 2028 nominee.
2028’s a long way off. Just because the braindead DNC and supported moneybags are pushing him doesn’t mean shit. Voters resist obvious coronations like this.
Voters resist obvious coronations like this.
Which is why democrats went to court and successfully argued that they don’t have to run honest primaries. That way, when people reject their garbage centrist candidates, they do it in the general and they blame the left.
I will never expect honest primaries, or indeed honesty of any sort, from the Democratic Party ever again. No one should.
Get the CHP out of California cities. It says “highway” right in their name.
Are they still infiltrated by right-wing gangs?
That’s like asking if a chess tournament is infiltrated with chess players
Screw this guy. We have two years. Find someone we can vote for.
You know what would get Trump to shut the fuck up? Standing your ground and not bending to his will to prove anything to him.
You don’t need to show you’re tough on crime to get him to back off. If he’s going to attempt to invade again it’s not going to make a bit of fucking difference how much California man power you have on the streets via CHP. He’s going to do it anyway.
I feel like Newsome knows this so why the fuck is he doing this tough on crime act?
He’s a centrist Democrat. He thinks he can flip MAGAts to vote for him. It’ll fail just like it has everytime anyone else has tried it.
The way to win is to get discouraged Democrats, progressives and others to actually show up and vote. They vastly outnumber non-brainwashed MAGA supporters. And the only way to do that is to actually do something that’s going to make a difference. Triangulation is a recipe for failure.
but have you considered: it’s always the left’s fault?
he oughta deploy his national guard troops to dc surround the whitehouse to keep stephen miller outside the gates
