Nah I find I can get to everything quicker. The way the menu on the right pops out the names of the apps when you touch it has to be seen to be appreciated.
The button can do anything. I have it set to open my actual phone, i.e. to make a call.

It’s great except when wanting to scroll to the top somewhere and accidentally opening the music player…

Home Screen. A fair few of my apps have swipe up or down gestures to open other related apps. I also have a 2nd page for the app drawer.
I also don’t feel like sleeping…
