The image is a Skyrim loading a screen and you can’t convince me otherwise.
As I learned in the Viking museum in Stockholm: helmets are super super rare for the Viking time that came after this objects age. They found in total like 3 full helmets. So while they have archaeological evidence for the helmets before, like this one here, and afterwards, the typical Viking time between 800-1050 left practically no evidence of metal helmet use.
