I have a hard time believing that because it would be nearly impossible to implement, monitor and prosecute. Not to mention Trudeau is no longer the party leader. Not to mention you can’t really ban having the knowledge to do something.

FYI, the Trudeau government wants that to be illegal, not the actual download build and use, but just the knowledge to be able to do it.

I can’t recall if it was a video I watched it something on Reddit a while ago. I don’t believe it is current but it’s the direction they want to go.
