If someone entered the sanctity of my home without first presenting an Article III warrant, they’d get a bullet in their skull

Ice also has guns and they don’t roll in by themselves. They roll four or more deep most of the time on home raids. Even people with guns don’t want to get shot themselves. The way ICE rolls in without warning, most people aren’t locked and loaded in mass sitting in their homes. I’m sure the people there weren’t expecting that excessive action. Most Americans don’t wanna die in a government fire fight if they can help it. You have to be alive to claim self defense, and our government’s so corrupt it’s not a guarantee you’ll win. As deep as ice rolls into these type of situations, it’s not like they won’t have back up to take you out if you do happen to take a couple of them out. Trump will back ICE if they use any excessive force.

Anyone. Entering. My. Home. Univited. Without. A. Warrant. Will. Die.

Maybe its ICE. Maybe it’s a criminal. How am I supposed to know?

A lot of people like to puff out their chest and say that. I still haven’t seen something like that happen in the news for all the times ICE has raided people’s homes throughout the country. It could be a matter of time but it’ll be exceedingly rare.

It does happen, although I haven’t heard of it happening recently with ICE per se, but I do recall Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend firing at police for entering the home unannounced and hitting a cop.

It is a situation where after the pin drops, everything explodes. Exceedingly rare will become common, simply because law and norms no longer has enough belief to sustain the status quo.

The America we knew is running on inertia alone. That ride is coming to an end.

I agree with you, but…while you say that, when there’s 10 brown shirts outside, ready to return fire, I don’t know how practical that ends up being…

The 2nd Amendment exists for when all the other Amendments fail.

If you don’t respect the 4th Amendment, maybe you’ll respect the 2nd Amendment.
