Well, if he recovers and makes it over the 2 years before JD Vance replaces him, then the 2 years won’t count towards limiting Vance’s two terms. However, if he kicks it like a yeat into it and Vance serves 3 years, then he couldn’t run for a third go sonce the 3 years would count as 1 full term.
