Riese & Müller is probably the most popular (made in Germany from what I understand). We even see them here in Canada!

Pair them with Schwalbe tires (also German), Wippermann chains (also German!), and Grepp handlebar tape (made in Sweden using EU-sourced materials), and you’re set!
