James Donald Bowman is a mental midget with the IQ of a fence post.

And I will deadname him in every thread that he’s mentioned in.

It doesn’t matter. They know they aren’t liked. They aren’t afraid so they will continue. Booing them won’t change anything. We are officially at the part in history where the guillotines come out.

It won’t change Jizzedina Davenport Vance’s mind. It will embolden others to do the same and eventually maybe he gets a proper crowd-sourced spa treatment.

They’re getting paid. In order for Trump to actually have power over them, they have to be on federal orders which don’t get issued without funding attached. I guarantee none of them would be there for free, because remember that guard soldiers are civilians with regular jobs most of the time. Ain’t nobody taking an unpaid vacation to stand around and do nothing for photo ops.

JD Vance maybe dyed his hair to escape a life of crime? To be safe maybe we shouldn’t let him near burgers, couches, or political offices.

“This should be a monument to American greatness,” he said, later adding: “We do not have to live like this.”

Saying the right thing for the wrong reason.

I should remind Couch Fucker Baby Man that protestors at Kent State started with chants and ended with throwing rocks before the National Guard shot 30 people. This will only end with innocent people getting hurt.

Stewart recently did a podcast where he and his guests talk revolutions. He has a historian and the writer of Andor on for this discussion. Highly relevant and interesting. The random chaos of aligned planets, so to speak, that prefaced the storming of the Bastille was surprising.

There is a formula. But the people don’t always react. I fear we all have such incredible inertia to sit in chairs that nothing will ever change. Vance will be President and we will continue to sit in chairs.

That was fifty five years ago.

Also it says four killed and nine wounded. Thirteen does sound like thirty though.

Lol k. So your only contribution to the discussion is that I got a number wrong. Does that mean you are ok with the current fasisct regime rolling the National Guard in to DC or no?

Whoops, sorry that wasn’t what I meant. I was just reflecting on how long ago that was and we’re very likely going to be there again.

And ftr, no. Not at all.

Hot Take: If someone was calling you a couch-fucker, would you care? You’ve never fucked a couch. Some guy on the internet said that one time, and the rest of the Libs latched on. Whatever, rolls right off.

Now, if instead you called him a rapist supporter, or pedophile adjacent, it might carry some weight. The couch-fucker thing doesn’t phase him, because it’s childish and likely untrue. Lets change the discourse.

I care more about what it does to his support. Couch fucker highlights that there’s something really off about him. Meanwhile his supporters don’t care if he supports rapists and pedophiles or they wouldn’t be Republicans. Just call him both

Yes. I would care. I’m a piece of shit conservative who lives and dies by optics. I’m trying to be president. The moment I’m seen as just a silly little couch fucker I will be ripped apart by the mob.

That’s why me and my fellow conservatives are so obviously unaffected. We think about how others will perceive us. We think about it and then we do a little dance so others know we’re above it all.

Even if I don’t care I can’t afford to let people think I do. Trump may be a successful child rapist but this is still a country full of people who will drop you for… seeming excited, or looking silly in a tank, or denying you are a crook.

(I imagined I was Vance. Normal people wouldn’t care. A maga vice president is not like your coworkers and neighbors though.)

“If you have 1 Nazi and 9 other supporters sitting at the table together, how many Nazis do you have? 10”

It’s frankly the same way here. If you support a pedophile rapist, frankly you’re just as bad. Just because “74 million” people supported him doesn’t diminish that fact.

I mean, if you’re looking for an insult for a specific person and it applies to 74 million other people, maybe it’s not the rare insult it should be.
