Yeah…if that were true leftists would have the numbers and get people on the ballot. Or you’re just admitting that leftists are not nearly as numerous as you claim.

Again- look at Mamdani. Over 25% of voters hadn’t voted in a primary in over a decade. They finally decide to do so and ta da, a leftist wins the primary.

Oh, you mean when they finally get a leftist to vote for, they show up to vote? Crazy. Who could have seen that coming?

Leftists demonstrably vote, but not for right-wingers, so the DNC should probably stop kicking leftists off the ballot, and stop running right-wingers.

The only thing leftists have in spades are excuses.

I wish you people would put up or shut up.

I say this as someone who WANTS those policies but of course the entire world is against leftists somehow and youre never short of reasons why you lose so goddamn often.

Well, we also have votes. But if you ignore all of the data showing how we show up to vote when given the option, but are not given the option, then you won’t see it.

I guess. I don’t see the sense in letting the right wing drive the car off the cliff because the car is not moving quick enough to your goals but you do you.

And you should be showing up all the time is the point. Including primaries for all positions.

The only way to overcome the inertia in the Democratic party is to, you know, actually participate every time. But in general primaries are very sparsely attended affairs and all these people with such great ideas don’t put forth a candidate or at the least don’t show up to move them past a primary. C’est la vie.
