Citroen was owned by Peugeot and they merged with Fiat Chrysler automotive to Stellantis group who own a buttload of brands (Fiat, Jeep, Opel, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler…)
So if you really want to stick on purely European you need to look for MB, VW or BMW.
