This is great!! Glad to hear that the shelves aren’t kept empty. So much excellent domestic stuff and the whole world has a ton of great booze to sell. I was shocked how little European stuff was here when I moved to Canada. It’s much better now but some of my fav are still not on the shelves.

Soon we’ll have to write them letters about the loud whine coming across the border. Like they sent us letters about the smoke.

And sold possibly to Americans. That’s what we need right? Them controlling our mail? That’s going to go real well for elections.

I think the drone industry is super exciting and a massive opportunity for Canada. Not just for defense but for many other uses (Ag, surveying, rescue, fire fighting etc). We have so much land and so few people that drones are really the answer.

I decided just this week to learn how to fly. It’s maybe a skill that comes in handy. We have the space to fly on our own land and even use for it.

They can just drop the “neutral“ part. “Travellers with gender” is all they need to say.

Agreed. And until we are fully decoupled from the USA (if ever) we have to play the game of “negotiating” even with that moron. The best deal for Canadian is what we need. Carney’s job is to keep the economy going here as best as he can while making deals with other countries. Pivoting away as much as we can is key. So far so good. While I don’t like everything Carney is doing I am seriously impressed by the speed and effort he is making to get deals with our allies while keeping the jerk’s focus off us.

The rest is on us. If we aren’t buying, we aren’t buying. Neither Trump nor Carney can stop us and that’s golden. We have a job to do.
