Licking oneself or others for the purpose of grooming or maintenance

Wtf, they can’t lick their fingers after eating meow? Or use a little spit to fix a popped up hair or eyebrow? This is stupid woof.

What level are they allowed to view? If the child says no are they able to force their way into their pants? At what point does it become rape?
