Commodore? I know they had a tape drive and the game. I had an old TI 99/4A with a tape drive and we had Chisholm Trail but it was different.
I figured they were talking about the Oregon Trail generation. It’s made up of the folks who were old enough and young enough to play the game in schools and spans across parts of X and millennials.
As a suburban white person, fuck a chain. If you see someone stealing from one of the big guys, no you fucking didn’t.
But I know I ain’t the only guy in the burbs. And I know my neighborhood ain’t the same as the ones 30-40 miles north. I can absolutely imagine those folks would be terrified if they found out that I didn’t give a shit about folks stealing from Walmart or Kroger.
I’m convinced a lot of folks thought everyone else was going to go vote so they just didn’t. They enabled all the bullshit happening because they didn’t bother to go get in line.
I’ve got a buddy living out of state who is nicknamed Texas. I’m sending him this and blaming him for everything happening.

It’s easier to do and say a bunch of bullshit than it is to counter it.
Back when I did stuff for the sake of doing it, I mapped DAW transport buttons to these. I never bothered replacing them when they broke because I moved to a jog wheel to scrub through much more efficiently.
I’m going to spend my money on more whiskey. I’m not sure if I’m too sober to understand or not nearly sober enough but we’re about to find out together.
So they’ll remain angry until they get half of a fucking clue about the issues.
Then they’ll be even more angry. I know I am.
And why there are some strange laws that could keep two folks from the same state from running on the same ticket. It’s not forbidden, but there’s some weirdness about it.
