Yep. I’m not saying that irrational hatred towards individual muslims on the basis of their faith is okay. It isn’t, and it is irrational. But whenever you get the likes of David Wood (Christian apologist and critic of Islam. Has NEVER called for violence or attacks on Muslims themselves) being banned from the UK or Thaddeus Billman in the USA being fired from his job for being “islamophobic”, that’s just ridiculous.

Because being scared of homosexuals is irrational.

Honestly, “islamophobia” is a stupid word which I wouldn’t see as valid. A phobia is an irrational fear, and it’s not irrational to fear an ideology, especially one like Islam. Of course, hate crimes against people who believe in an ideology is not okay at all, whether it be Islam, Atheism, Christianity, Communism, etc. But no ideology should be immune from scrutiny. And Islam is known for using the “islamophobia” card for trying to enforce their beliefs which include censoring any criticism of it.

I think they’re removing free school meals for those who can afford it, as P1-5 seem to all get them. Which is how it works in the rest of the UK. You only get them if you need them (the criteria from my experience has been quite wide, there was a time I was eligible for it but my mum didn’t feel like it was the morally right thing to do because we could actually afford it)

However removing the free period products is disgusting
