  • M110 didn’t drive more overdose deaths. This increase echoes exactly what was happening around the rest of the country with fentanyl exploding on the scene.

Furthermore drug dealing and public drug use were not decriminalized, but the shitty PPB wanted to stick it to the public by not enforcing the law. State Dems also kneecapped the bill by not distributing any of the treatment funding and instead held onto it until they could repeal the bill, against the will of the people, and then redistribute all that money to lazy and corrupt police departments.

I would say this is definitely on the Portland government when they spent $200k on each homeless person with absolutely nothing to show for it in the end. I’m sure that money is lining the pockets of political donors and sleazy companies who treat tax dollars like their own personal piggybank.

  • This mentality that ‘we’ can support major atrocities, corruption, and outright garbage behavior while pretending to be ‘the good guys’ is what let fascism take hold. When you’re willing to sacrifice all your ideals and principles just to win a contest, it should be a sign that you’re off track but some people want to double down on this thinking it’s somehow going to make things better.

It’s so funny that at any point in recent history, it’s always liberals telling progressives that they’re causing division and that it’s always us who need to come over to “your side.” Meanwhile your ideals keep costing us elections.

  • nothing to do with LA situation.

expresses gratitude to law enforcement officers, including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel, for protecting the homeland.

Is the “homeland” for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement restricted to Colorado only? I’m at a loss for how you can claim this is only about a specific incident in Colorado. This resolution states that state and local law enforcement sharing information with ICE is “the bedrock for public safety” and 75 House Dems agreed with that.
