    A gluten-free, cow’s milk-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free and seed oil-free cracker, with the fat and emulsion coming from beef tallow (seed oils have high amounts of linoleic acid, which is horrible for everyone). I’d use goat’s milk for something (if I wanted something creamy), or use that and find a good recipe for a goat’s milk cream cheese that I’d spread on said crackers.
