I hadn’t eaten yet; I’d originally packed a sandwich but now I’m thinking about steak.

If you get a chance, try a reverse sear. Get a meat probe. Keep it simple, salt, pepper, and garlic. Anything over an inch will do.

Costco has good steaks for lower prices but if you have a butcher, even better.

I made some chicken tacos and Guacamole with tortilla chips. It was excellent if I do say so myself.

I’ll have to try that next time- sounds great!

I did put some of my homemade pickled red onions and Pico De Gallo on the tacos though :)

Breakfast sausages with some fried cremini mushrooms, egg with raw onions on naan bread. Added a little bit of chili sauce.

South Sacramemto has some killer Banh Mi. If you are ever in the area search it and you will know immediately. Mom and pop place with almost 2k reviews and a line waiting for their food. Everything is made in house.

I had chips (fries for the americans) with hot mayo sauce and a european cola.

Day off work - nice to chill, play a computer game and eat garbage for once. I usually eat healthy as possible, nice to treat myself.
