The center may soon be completely empty as a judge upheld her decision late Wednesday ordering operations to wind down indefinitely.

    Lose? Pissing away money on things like this gets a bunch of old cons rock hard and some of their cronies laugh all the way to the bank, and the money wasn’t spent on helping anyone unworthy. I’m sure those responsible find it more than worth it.
