Who could have possibly seen this coming?
They’re going to kill everyone there and take zero responsibility. Then someone is going to sue and us taxpayers will have to pay recompense. And zero people will be held accountable.

if you find yourself in ICE detention illegally. nobody can stop you from stuffing the toilet with sheets or socks until it overflows.
they can’t stop you from kicking the door or walls.
they can’t stop you from breaking the lights.
become ungovernable.
imagine what these detention sites would be like to ICE if everyone did these things.
They can actually stop you from all of those things.

they are not jail, or prison. they are retrofitted rooms with just enough security to be called a “detention center”.
the doors look like a typical metal office door. the walls aren’t even all brick or concrete.
the toilets are stainless, but they look thin and flimsy, like you could rip them off the floor.
the ceilings are tall, but the lights hang. with a sheet it would be easy to rip them down.
sure. they can mace me, beat me, hose me, whatever. but as soon as I go back, I’m back at it. and wherever they put me, I’ll keep going until they kill me.
because I’d rather be dead than illegally trafficked outside the US into a worse prison.
That’s cool, I am sure they would very happily kill you and be done with it, and over time that will grow to become the default option.
