Florida charter boat captain. Brock Horner was arrested several days after he confronted a boater on the water.

I’ve often talked about Trump’s “Boater Kulak” and here he is in full display. Some internet sleuths have found out the boater kulak was just a secretary in the army so stolen valor too, lol.
