WASHINGTON ― In a head-spinning move on Tuesday, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) introduced legislation that would repeal cuts to Medicaid he helped make possible only two weeks ago.
The bill would restore funding that states rely on to finance Medicaid, which Republicans put on the chopping block by passing President Donald Trump’s so-called “big, beautiful” tax and spending law. The measure passed on a party-line vote after months of debate and hand-wringing about taking health insurance away from vulnerable Americans ― including voters who supported Trump in the 2024 presidential election.
He should introduce a bill to fuck himself in the ass with a cactus.
Performative “see I tried!” bs. This asshole is my senator. If you email him, there is a drop down with categories before you can submit. I always submit anything under Veterans since it’s likely a filter for lib issues.
Call volume is a bitch, am I right?
Jfc. Line them all up and…
Every time I see him I wish that the Jan 6 “tourists” had been just a bit quicker through the building.
They weren’t going for Hawley
There’s a video of him running through the halls like he sure thought they were.
Plausible deniability, probably.
He sure was cowering under his desk like a little bitch though.
Look! We fixed Medicaid after Obama broke it!
Go easy on Josh, his parents didn’t have any children that lived
